CHARLOTTE, NC – March 5, 2018 – We’re proud to announce that we’ve recently earned the home service industry’s coveted 2017 Angie’s List Super Service Award. This prestigious award honors home service professionals who have maintained exceptional service ratings and reviews on Angie’s List in 2017. This is major recognition for the whole Cardinal Team and we’re so excited to receive such high praise.
“Winning this award is huge for us,” Creative Director Erica Lee said. “As a company and as a brand, it’s our mission to embrace each and every borrower’s specific needs and aim to continually deliver a personal experience to all of our customers. This award is proof that we’ve got a talented and dedicated staff, going above and beyond to meet the needs of our borrowers. We couldn’t be more proud to win this.”
Truth be told, winning this award was no easy feat. Angie’s List Super Service Award winners have to meet strict eligibility requirements, which include maintaining an “A” rating in overall grade, recent grade, and review period grade. Super Service Award winners must be in good standing with Angie’s List, pass a background check, record a current trade license attestation, and abide by Angie’s List operational guidelines.
“The service providers that receive our Angie’s List Super Service Award have demonstrated the level of excellence that members have come to expect,” said Angie’s List Founder Angie Hicks. “These pros have provided top-notch service to our members and absolutely deserve recognition for the exemplary customer service they exhibited in the past year.”
Needless to say, this award truly shows that we’re a key competitor in the mortgage space. “Angie’s List helps consumers make informed, educated decisions. Being recognized by them is an honor and reminder of Cardinal’s dedication to providing a superior customer experience,” Consumer Advocacy Team Lead Jenna Simons said.
If you’ll remember, last year we announced the official launch of our proprietary technology Octane. This year, we’re implementing a training program to make our already talented staff even more proficient in our platform. It’s innovation, engineering, and hard work like this that’s helping our team work efficiently and provide even higher levels of customer service.
“Having third-party site validation, like Angie’s List, is more important than ever,” SVP of Marketing Colin Treend said. “More and more consumers are going online to conduct research before they transact. Earning the 2017 Angie’s List Super Service Award is incredibly important to our business and it validates we are working on the right things and providing the level of service we expect.”
For over two decades, Angie’s List has been a trusted name for connecting consumers to top-rated service professionals. Angie’s List provides unique tools and support designed to improve the local service experience for both consumers and service professionals. This is a major accomplishment and we’re proud of this team-effort achievement!
